I had a horrible experience here ! 0 customer service & to make matters worse over $2K spent on tires only for them to provide no warranty complete scam and poor quality of tires. Dont waste time in this low scale shop also no quality seating areas if God forbid you had to sit & wait on your car .

If I could give zero stars, I would. The situation with Marlboro Tire and Automotive was beyond frustrating and completely avoidable. First off, the location itself is confusing — they own multiple shops (Marlboro Tire and Repair, Marlboro Auto Repair Tire and Collision, and Admiral Tire and Auto) all under the same address. You’d think a business that knows this could at least help customers navigate it instead of acting like we’re the problem. I went in simply needing a sensor installed correctly, and instead of receiving proper service, I was met with unnecessary attitude and confusion. The call center representative, Christina, was condescending and dismissive from the jump. She implied that I didn’t know where I was going or what I was talking about, which is laughable considering I work in the automotive field myself. The issue was never about “dual sensors not working” — it was about how poorly the information was communicated. I clearly explained that I had a universal sensor, not a unit-specific one, but the delivery and tone I received from Christina were unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude. Bottom line: I expect clarity, not condescension. If you value respect, accuracy, and basic professionalism, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

We are a NJ based company and for some reason, we cant find a local shop that does things right the first time. Whenever we are working in MD, we always schedule a maintenance visit at Marlboro Tire. Staff is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, more than fair pricing, and they don't use garbage parts like most shops. We just wish they were closer!

The staff is very friendly. I had an appointment to repair/replace a tire. The tire had two punctures and they were able to repair it. I couldn't believe how fast the work was completed and I was on my way home.

They provided me with excellent customer service. I needed 4 new tires they came in as promised the next day, and my car was ready on time.
