Terrible service! Steered me to a finance company for their self gains, where I was approved for a credit line and still tried to bill me for services never even rendered. Sent me a bill after my complaint of no new brakes installed and learned from another service company a few months later than the actual work was supposed to be done by Mars2Cars, who claimed to have done, but was not! The bill later submitted was an extortion attempt for job never performed. Eddy (owner) never looked at the car for completion or if ever done by his rep., but instead, went on vacation, stated in his own words, "We're even, because you never paid!" But, my credit line was approved thru his recommended and preferred finance company for an approved line of credit, where my credit was run for approval. In discovery, Service company #2 saw no recent new brakes installed by Mars2Cars, nor did the actual emergency repair and stated that I could have lost my life for the work not performed that Mars2cars claimed they had done, but did not do at all. Instead, Mars2Cars benefitted off finance referral, and Mars2Cars rep said the brakes if replaced, would have been under a 1 year warranty, but was less than 4 months detected. Eddy refused to reimburse me, but instead was very guilty sounding and insulting, Sent me a fake bill and said, "I bet you don't have any proof!" In the process of reporting to authorities now. Run!!! It will be a matter of time. In fact, his company is still soliciting me for my services and more money opportunities. How many other women has this happened to? Write back.

Mars2Cars service far exceeded my expectations. I called in about starter issues for my car and gave them a time I would like for them to come. I received a courtesy call from the tech before service and my car was fixed in a timely fashion. Reasonably priced and great service. Thanks again.

False advertising at its best!! Needed a new tire but it had a wheel lock on it , Mars 2 Cars claim they could get it off and within the same day but it’ll be $65 for them to come out. They received the money and sent some guy out who didn’t have the right tools (which we asked about prior) then he stated it’ll cost almost $300 for them to fix it which we had (even though we felt it so was expensive) he then say it wouldn’t be done until the next day! ..Thank god we found another person who came out later that night and got the wheel lock off and put the spare on in 30mins top who only charged $80!! Hopefully you have a better experience than we did.

They will CHARGE you but as far as FIXING stuff is concerned....... YOU MIGHT BE ON YOUR OWN!!! We called and got mars2cars to come fix a problem with our truck or so we thought. We should've just went with the other mobile guys but i was trying to support our own if you know what I mean. They came out and replaced a part but had to come back the next day because they didnt put it on right. They finally put it on but by that time the part (brand new) was not working properly. Mars2cars technician left without even trying to fix or even diagnos the problem. We were back at square one. I had to get it done at a shop but at that point. i had to wait for the part to be replaced from the manufacturer because of the warranty. Look mars2cars these are our work vehicles and personal vehicles please be honest if you dont know how to fix these things. It saves us a lot of time.

I called Mars2Cars to come out and change my breaks. Boy was that a mistake! The guy came and fixed the breaks all right but soon after my wheel came off as I was driving home from work. I tried calling Mars2Cars to get him to pay for damages but he must have blocked me Because I could never get a hold of them again until I used a different number. I realized he was never gonna come back out to see me. Avoid Mars2Cars!! It'll cost you more in the long run.
