They sell you bad parts and offer no refunds. So your money is gone for getting faulty part. Purchased a fuel pump from them , it doesn't work and they refused to offer refunds but took back the part probably to scam the next person with. And very rude customer service.

The comments of this yard attempting to sell you the wrong part, not respecting your time and having unreasonable prices are accurate. I needed a piece of body trim for my trunk lid and a rock shield for my front facia. I called ahead of time and the guy said he had both parts available. Drove 45 mins to get there…guy brought in a shield for an Audi (totally wrong vehicle…and he didn’t even check…a quick use of the eyeballs would’ve revealed this). They did have the trunk lid trim…but they would only sell it WITH THE WHOLE TRUNK LID. And for $500 bucks (trim was a $60 piece). Guy also spoke with a SUPER indignant tone nearly the whole time (to all the patrons he interacted with…me included). Total garbage. Treating customers like an inconvenience and being disrespectful isn’t good business…it’s short-sighted and dumb. I walked out immediately and do not plan on going back.

The worst place to buy parts. I drove 3 hours to this place i called a few days before coming to make sure they had the motor i needed. When i arrived the front desk guy said we do have it its gonna take us 20 minutes to clean it , he said wait in your truck i will call you when its ready we waited for about an hour we came back it and he said he called me but i never got a call from him and he said we don’t have it. But you can give me a deposit and we will take out one for you.

Got 2 excellent doors for my 14 Maxima. They even had the paint code which is very important in matching colors.Staff Is friendly and reasonable. We definitely be heading back soon. Thanks again fellas!
