I hate to write bad reviews but he deserves it! Had my 283 Chevy motor for over a year. He told me a month at drop off. I had purchased cylinder heads of him from eBay decide to have him freshen up my 78,000 original motor that ran very well. Seemed like a great old school builder. I supplied all the parts, which he definitely used what he wanted and I’m sure some of my parts ended up on a buddy’s motor or his own. Stole my poly locks installed the regular nuts. I had him drill the crank for balancer bolt which was drilled off center and stripped right out. I was told after this encounter this is common for him, by other people and other shops!!!!!! The engine after a few runs blew head gasket on cylinder 3. 305 Chevy heads that I purchased from him that were supposedly completely redone! After that decided to get a blueprint engine. Never wanted to write this but he definitely didn’t care so I don’t either. Yeah you did I called!!!!! And you know it!!

I had to give one star because there's not a zero. He's had my motor now for a year and four months and tells me nothing but lies and excuses. If your lucky enough for him to answer the phone he always tells you he's shipping it the next day. I've talked to him, my boss has talked to him and still nothing but lies. I would not recommend this business to anyone. To your response of you calling and leaving a message, there was no calls or messages. I've called and called, no answer and mailbox full. I just want my motor so be honest and do the right thing.

Stopped in this place a couple of year ago as a walk-in to have a thermostat housing tapped while I was restoring my 68 Mustang. Martin was a super nice guy. Dropped what he was doing and helped me for a few bucks. We had a long talk about engines while his son used the machine press for another job. The sounded like they knew their stuff, and had a buch of big blocks and small blocks there were doing full rebuilds on. Place is out there and is literally a farm with amazing animals. Will def shop him for a motor build which is why I stopped here to check him out again.

I had a bad experience from this shop. they don't return phone calls, and have a list of excuses why they couldn't work on your engine. others might have a different experience then I did, but I will avoid this machine shop.
