These guys are what we need more of in our country, happy to walk you through it on the phone or bring the truck in and repair it. Jeff and Curtis are both great people and their youth in training is very polite. Best company you can go to for Allison transmission repair.

Once again had a break down that was not able to get the truck repaired by a road service mechanic that originally went to rescue me but at least he pointed me out in the right direction to get my truck repaired with the right mechanic well after he charge me 1,060.00 but that for a different story for a different review,haha,so after I got towed and drop off at Martin truck service at least I had high hope that the truck was going to get fixed since they only service Allison transmissions and I have problem somewhere near the transmission and I had a Allison transmission these were the right guys for the job and let me tell you before I got to the shop I gave the shop a call and spoke to Jeff was very helpful when I explain my situation he kinda knew what problem I had,again Jeff was very straightforward and said we’re very busy but I will take a look at the truck if its something small I will fix but if it’s a large job them its will have stay here for couple of days, hoping for the best! And boy I couldn’t believe 45 minutes later he walk back in the office and look at me and says ready to go, I SAID WHAT! He smiled and yup,long story short he fixed and got me back on the road and I told my company how much they changed me they were like wow ,considering what the road service mechanic + tow truck charge Hahaha again that for a different review. Pro: good attitude, knowledgeable, fast at there job and plenty of room in there lot to drop a box truck Con: the office shop does not have any waiting area while they work on the truck Thank again Jeff and Martin truck service Ps. These guys are Great!! I had another shop tell me I needed a new transmission in my motor home. I took it to Martin Truck Service and transmission was still good. It was a completely different problem! They fixed me up and got me on the road again the same day! Thanks guys! You saved me thousands of dollars!!
