Had to have my front bumper fixed with all that was broken through the impact. Wonderful service. Kim was so helpful through all points of communication. She even handled my pick up and drop off with the rental service down the street. Also, she comforted me with the safety of my belongings while the vehicle would be on site. There was a piece of my vehicle that I had to bring back later after they had already received my vehicle. Tom was super helpful with assisting me when I came back with this shield. He made sure that I was happy with the finished product. They also completed the task in a quicker time than I expected. It just all came together. My vehicle looked great, and I was so happy to have it back. They are truly top notch. 5 stars for Kim and Tom - thank you both. And "Thank You" to the whole team
