Highly recommend this place for body repairs. If you’re covered by insurance, they send you over to the car rental. And drop the rental at their place. Customer service was always available and nice. Went to check on the car the day before pickup and had some minor complaints on the plastic and panel alignment ,pictures below. They immediately fixed the problems the next day. Very good paint match on a hard to match color (soul red Mazda). Thanks to Chris and the technician for the great service!

Excellent experience with Maryland Collision Center. I wouldn’t recommend their service at all. Everything was late. They would constantly change up the schedule. And when the job was finally “completed,” the repaired door still had dents and the bumper was clearly coming off. It’s as if after all the weeks they decided to do the job the night before. To top it off, they’ll try to gaslight you if you point anything out. “That’s the way it’s supposed to be” - it’s practically their motto. Very negative experience. Stay clear.

The team had the rental car company pick me up at the center, and I was getting frequent updates about my vehicle. They handled the insurance communication on my behalf.
