Amazing experience! Needed muffler work on my car, couldn't have asked for a better experience! Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and great prices. They found my issue gave me several options, if you need work on your car I highly recommend them, they do a lot more than just mufflers.

I was at Maryland Muffler today for work on my vehicle. They did a wonderful job. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I will go back with my vehicle and my family vehicles. My wait time was not bad at all. I had good conversations while I was there to pass the time. The price was great.
Beyond Expectations
I am writing this review because of the outstanding service and honesty represented by Mr. Vince. A tech at Kia stated I needed a manifold converter and the dealership swiftly quoted nearly five thousand dollars and wanted me to schedule the replacement in the immediate future. I just gave them 1500 for a fuel pump on a 2018 Kia Soul, that has had minimal issues. Something in my gut said do not do this. I was referred to Maryland Mufflers...Mr. Vince for a second opinion. I contacted the business and explained the issue. I was able to secure an appointment within 24 hours. When I arrived, Mr. Vince listened to me, he and the technician personally took time to carefully and thoroughly assess the car. Put it on the lift, test drove it with me and told me absolutely not. In a day and age where most people could and would take advantage of your lack of knowledge, for reasons mostly characterized by greed...THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. While waiting, I also observed interactions with various customers and they were all above board. The optics are also impressive...organized, clean inside and out. Many Thanks Mr. Vince!!!

Honest and knowledgeable shop. Highly recommend. Brought my truck in because I thought I needed my catalytic converters replaced. Vince provided a free diagnostic and recommended I just replace the mass airflow sensor (something I can do myself) before knowing if the catalytic converters were the main issue. Vince saved me time and money when he could have taken advantage and done a much more expensive repair. Will return if I ever need other work done.
