Terrible service and to top it all off they are rude and abusive. Don't waste your time here. I paid for the inspection (I didn't pass it). I fixed my car then went back and they didn't help me because they weren't accepting any more cars for that day, it was 1:00 pm. The next day I went back and they told me that now it's by appointment. I made an appointment and went on the day of the appointment at the time they told me and they didn't want to help me either because they were going to close because it was going to start raining. They wrote on my form that I could go any day without an appointment. Today I went and THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME EITHER!!! WHAT DO I THINK? They just want to waste my time so that I have to pay the full amount for the inspection again because they are just thieves. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS CRAPPY PLACE

Don’t waste your time here, maybe they do good inspections, but I wasn’t able to get in, at 8 am at the opening, there were 2 cars ahead of me! I was rudely told not to waste the guy’s time, just park and wait for however long it takes! No scheduling an appointment whatsoever.

"Horrible experience at this store! I brought my car in for a Maryland state inspection and was treated with utter disrespect by the staff. The person who helped me was not only rude but also unprofessional, making me feel like I was a burden. They wasted my time, taking forever to complete the inspection. But what took the cake was when I overheard them telling two customers to "get out of my store. "The company treated me terribly. They didn't seem to care about my needs and were very rude. I felt distraught and disrespected after the interaction. And I was dissatisfied. I would not recommend this store to anyone. 1/10, would never go back.”

There state inspection which at this point in our lives should be a mandated price starts at $150. Absolute rip off. Just drove here was told 30 min wait. Now she is telling me 4 hour wait
