This is the kind of place you hope to find when looking for tires! I just left the Maryland Tire Depot and had best possible customer experience and price. During my recent visit, I was impressed and I strongly recommend them for tire services. From the moment I arrived, the Manager greeted me warmly and quickly assisted with my tire replacement. He checked the size of my existing tire and efficiently sourced the correct one. The tire was promptly mounted by a skilled employee. The customer service was exceptional; the Manager focused on matching the new tire with my existing ones without any pressure to buy more. The staff were courteous and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, Maryland Tire Depot provided outstanding service. I will return for future tire needs and highly recommend them to others. Terrible over the phone service been doing business with them for a couple of year and today when I need services for a tire they were completely rude and didn’t want to listen to my situation. Thought I was joking with him when I was very serious. I don’t recommend them for anyone who is serious about being nice and great costumer service.

Ive been coming here for years! I always get my tires here and they also do brakes as well. The owner is always so professional and kind. Him and his staff provide fast and efficient services. The pricing is always reasonable as well. I have a designated auto shop and a mobile mechanic however I ONLY get my tires from here (for both our cars), always ❤️. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience, and it only took a 21-second phone call. The guy who answered was spectacularly rude. Olympic-level rude. His rudeness had a sequel. If you’re hoping for even a drop of basic courtesy, look elsewhere. But if you enjoy being verbally body-slammed by a grown man for no reason, this is absolutely the place for you. I’ve never been a Karen in my life… until now. This “establishment” feels like the love child of good prices and awful customer service.
