A very bad experience with this workshop, they don't have the appropriate tools and they took out the safety screws with blows destroying the rims of my car Be careful not to bring your car to this workshop, they are scammers, they are not honest at all.

Scammers and dishonest, and they do not get the job done. They upcharged $700 without any notice, and when confronted about it the mechanic accused us of lying and was very loud and rude, extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. The car was also not properly fixed neither of the multiple times they had to work on the car. Same issues persisted and they also left damage on the window and panel of the car. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. They will charge you a small fortune for complete incompetence. They are deleting reviews so please do as much research as you can and be cautious with your car.

WARNING! SECOND ATTEMPT AS THEY DELETE MY REVIEW!!! Update: two months later they ATTEMPTED to put a gasket on and THEY BROKE THE CYLINDER HEAD MOUNT for the valve cover and put JB weld to try to seal the leak..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! As a technician this is the idiots who ruin the industry!! Photo 1 is when they didn't put the gasket and photo two is the broken head mount, the cars totalled now MAS AUTO REPAIR is fraudulent and scammers. On September 13th, 2023, my mother and father in law who are elderly took their vehicle to be serviced and were charged over $600 for valve cover gaskets. The rear valve cover gasket was never replaced and the technician shoved RTV on the back where the leak was dripping out and called it a day and still charged them over $600! This isn't the first issue!!! Also, they installed a power steering pump weeks ago and installed the old crush washers and o ring on drain and feed line leading to the power steering pump blown again- also the rack internal damage due to being run dry via no fluid. I found all this out last night when I brought my father in laws car into my shop. I called this morning and the manager (older woman) started blaming my father in law for hitting a curb which was before this repair and she tried to blame him since he installed his own evap canister which is completely unrelated. They didn't want to refund the money back to my in laws!!! After arguing and her saying "they are church goers I can't belive they would complain" "I have helped them," she finally hung up and blocked me and my wife from the company phone!!! This is over $1,000 in fraudulent repairs and this is the definition of a shade tree mechanic!!!! They scammed a extremely religious elderly Salvadoran couple who are struggling enough. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Attached is pictures of the valve cover still leaking leading to over two quarts low and pump leaking still The manager insisted that I, the customer was wrong and kept interrupting me aswell. Horrible service DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! GOOGLE THIS REVIEW IS LEGITIMATE
