I have been a return customer for their tinting skills for many years with each new vehicle purchase. Their expertise, excellent customer service, great communication and superior work speaks volumes to me. They offer a lifetime guarantee however I have never had any issues to utilize that. If I ever did have any issues there would be no hassles to make it right. This is what keeps me coming back. These guys are great! As always, I highly recommend!

I decided to have my drivers and passenger windows tinted on my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After asking several people where I should go ALL of them said Matrix! Eric was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. I got there and my windows were done within 30 minutes and the they look fabulous. Eric was very professional and very pleasant. I had my 2019 ram truck done today and they are fast with the work they do. I just walk out their shop to drop it off. And about 30 mins they call for me to pick it up.. LOVE their work. I Been a Customer for 13 years and thats who I deals with. they the best.

Now if you want your tint done right I had two awesome guys working on my Nissan kicks 2024 they were so nice they listened to me go on and on they talked to me as they worked. They made sure they knew what I wanted and they got to work fast and efficiently. Thumbs there 100 in my book check them out you won't be sorry!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband purchased a $350 gift card for window tinting in December of last year. Due to our vehicle being in the shop for several months, we were unable to use it right away. When my husband called to verify the gift card and schedule the service, the owner told him the gift card would not be honored because it had been over a year. There is no expiration date listed anywhere on the gift card or paperwork we received. As a result, $350 was taken with no service provided. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service.
