I found this shop through Marketplace and was sent photos of the tires I was supposedly buying. Before driving out, I called to confirm they actually had the tires in hand and to get the DOT dates. I was assured everything was in stock and that all the tires were from 2025. After driving an hour and a half, I arrived to find only two tires both different brands, different sizes, and dated 2016 and 2011. They then scrambled to find two more, which were also mismatched and dated 2014 and 2021. Nothing even close to what I was promised. I ended up wasting a 3 hour round trip just to be told, “Well, the boss said we had them let’s make a deal on these outdated tires.” Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this used tire shop starting on May 3, 2025. That Saturday, I caught a flat tire while on my way to a wedding. We swapped cars so I could still attend the event, and the following evening (Sunday, May 4, around 7–8 PM), my husband removed the flat tire from my Mercedes-Benz and brought it to the shop. While there, they offered him a deal to replace all four tires instead of just the one. He agreed and paid in full. We returned the next morning (Monday, May 5) with the actual car to have the remaining three tires installed. They took an unusually long time to complete the work, which we found odd at the time — especially because it made me late to work. Later, it all made sense: they had scratched all four of my rims and were likely trying to figure out what to do or how to cover it up before returning the car to us. Once the work was finally done, I immediately noticed deep circular scratches on all four rims. While I already had a few minor marks, these new scratches were fresh, excessive, and clearly caused by their tire machine. My husband, who is a mechanic, pointed it out right away. It was also clear that if we hadn’t noticed, they wouldn’t have said a word about the damage. While discussing the rims, we also noticed that one of the tires didn’t match the others — and it was the wrong size. If the scratches hadn’t caught our attention, we probably wouldn’t have caught that mistake either. While that mismatched tire was off the car, the same worker tried to sand down one of the scratched rims, but just made it look even worse. We were eventually refunded and told they would replace the incorrect tire with the correct one. We followed up with them nearly every day, both calling and dropping by the shop to check if the right tire had come in. Each time, we were told they were “still working on it.” To this day, we still haven’t received the replacement tire. At one point, we asked to speak with a manager and were told he was on vacation. But when we walked over to the shop next door, the employees there confirmed that the person we were just speaking with was actually the manager. So it was obvious they were playing games and trying to avoid accountability. My husband decided not to pursue legal action over the rim damage, as it would’ve been too much hassle and back-and-forth — and since he was already planning to replace the factory rims in the near future, it just wasn’t worth the added stress. Still, this experience was careless, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. From damaging all four rims, to installing a wrong-sized tire, to dragging out the follow-up and doing nothing, this shop showed no real accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone — especially if you care about your vehicle or expect to be treated with integrity. Beware. Do not patronize this business. ⸻ Update: Two days after I posted this review, the owner suddenly reached out to my husband — now magically remembering his phone number — and asked why he “allowed” me to leave a review. He then offered to give us four matching tires, but only if we took them to another shop ourselves to have them installed and returned the current set. So even in trying to make things right, they still pushed the inconvenience and labor back on us. Unbelievable. Just another example of how unprofessional and unserious this business really is.
