Alex is awesome, man! He won’t try to fool you with shenanigans. He’ll tell you straight up what needs to be fixed asap, can be delayed for the next maintenance, or if it’s not an issue at all. Completely trust him as our family mechanic! Highly recommended! (Side note: we do sometimes have trouble getting in touch with him via phone. But, luckily, we live nearby and just drive up for same-day service or diagnostic)

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I brought my car to him because it wasn’t starting , the next day after he so called “fixed it” it still wasn’t starting. I texted him about it.. no response, i texted him again about it and he was literally telling me to “hit my starter with a hammer.” WHAT??? He ended up telling me to go somewhere else and that he’s “way too busy.” At the end of the day, i texted him not saying he didn’t fix my car, but i was just tryna get at that my car still isn’t starting so it must be something else and he did not care to look at my car. he lacks empathy. would not recommend to ANYBODY!!!!

I love Hickman’s! Followed them from when they owned Hickman’s Exxon to their present location. They always take great care of all our car care needs. And with multiple used car teen drivers in our house, there’s always something.

I booked an appointment which was very urgent, I did explain that I need the car. When I came he started yelling I don't have time. Poor customer service. Poor communication and as I see the reviews don't waste your time here.

I made an appointment at 9am one week in advance, and we waited from 9am until 2pm, 5 whole hours before they work on our car. They said they had to finish work from the day before. What's the point of appointment if you have to wait 5 hrs? Just unbelievable.
