All I can say is they are honest and helpful! Mechanics scare me, why because a lot of them will fix one thing and cause another problem or hike the price up so bad you don’t know how to take care of it. Nelson communication was impeccable, Chris scheduling me for an appointment immediately was super awesome! They have a customer for everything that happens to Big Bertha!!!!!

When I arrived, the service desk was so pleasant and polite and very helpful. I had an appointment at 11 o’clock. I didn’t have to wait as soon as I got there they took the car right away. I was in and out in no time and they were very helpful. They didn’t try to offer or tell me additional things that I needed like if you were going into the dealership for one thing and they had all these other things that didn’t happen. I was very grateful.

My car is worse off now after having work done at this shop than when it first came in. Because of this, I actually believe they deserve negative points on Google. I went in for a wheel alignment; it cost me $305; it took two tows, a wheel assembly, an outer control arm and now a new rack and pinion. I ended up having to come two times. the first time they said I needed a new wheel assembly before they can do the wheel alignment. I got that done outside of the shop because they tried to charge me $800 to do the wheel alignment and the assembly boot. when I come back they said now I need an out of control on before they can do the wheel alignment I came to believe no matter how many times I came back, they had to do some extra work before they would do the wheel alignment. The outer control arm and wheel alignment cost me $305. as I’m leaving the shop. The wheel loses control and I had to get the car towed about a mile back to the shop. now they’re saying I need a new rack and pinion. whatever service they provided caused my car to fail now, my wheel has to go sideways and my wheels squeak because of the service that they provided. I ended up getting the car towed to a local mechanic. To be honest, if I had the time and energy, I would probably take them to court, but thank God I did not get in an accident because of their poor service

Van was in an accident and towed to this location. Waited for 2 months for repairs. Shop couldn't get vehicle on a lift for insurance pics for weeks. Lack of communication was infuriating. Lost confidence and trust with confusing stories and broken obligations. Glad to get my vehicle back but found additional issues with the body having a large scar, and tire sensors not properly working. Missing a hubcap. Unsure if the issues root to the shop, just double check your vehicle and take pictures of it before leaving the lot. Don't get distracted by the frustration and be prepared to be upset on the wait.

My previous review has been updated. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. HOWEVER, the Manager Chris went above and beyond to make things right. They personally reached out to me twice—first to acknowledge the issue and apologize, and then again, because he saw I still didn't return. Because of this consistent effort, I decided to give them another chance. So, I brought my car up on my lunch break and they delivered. I truly appreciate the Manager’s dedication to ensuring I remained a happy customer.
