Horrible place do not take your car I had a pair of pliers and my car they stole I went to ask the guy the mechanic were is my pliers and also why he did not change my oil he smile like it was a joke because he did not change my because I took it to 2 places and got paper work shows it was not change he just put a new filter on to trick me I did not get my money back I call the police they don’t have no cameras in the shop don’t go there.

Beware McCain, bear mechanics, use substandard. Tools ruin your car. I brought my car there to have some work done on. It took it back to the dealership. They chiseled off. The boats gave me the wrong strut. Scan me out of money when they gave me a refund. The guy at the front desk. If I could give them no stars I would.been begging for rides to and from work since last Saturday. On Saturday July 13, 24. We dropped of a Toyota for the repair of u-joints on the drive-shaft. It was supposed to take 2 hours. Four hrs later we stopped by and the ordered u-joints didn’t fit and instead of letting us know they proceeded to try to force them damaging the drive-shaft. The owner casually told us “oh I can get another one one day next week” Wednesday. On Wednesday July 17th stopped by and they said yea it all fixed? We asked to see the old drive-shaft and then they admitted that they had welded the u-joints and drive-shaft together. That you shouldn’t drive it to much and not over 30 miles an hr? The question is would they have admitted that if we hadn’t questioned the whereabouts of the one that wouldn’t fit. They welded without consent. Would they allow their wife, children or mother to drive a vehicle that they know is unsafe? So today we showed up (they never called ) to pick it up regardless if it was repaired or not. We’d found a place that specializes in drive-shafts. they refused to disclose where they got the drive-shaft replacement. We’d spoken to the dealership and they can’t get the part. The owner kept saying money is not his problem. Oh yea while we were there several ladies had come in to complain about the shotty work they’d done on their vehicles. This shop needs to be either closed or hire certified mechanics. Since when do mechanics take it upon themselves to make additional repairs without asking the owners. I’ve seen the owners other replies to bad reviews and my response is we will report you to the better business bureau.

These People Are Phenomenal The customer service is Top Tier!! I call every time something goes wrong and they COME TO MY CAR! Yesterday in that 108 Degree weather my Acura TL Would not start. i called the shop, and within 20 minutes the mechanic was pulling up to get my kids and I to take us home. I will forever be a customer!!! LADIES They ARE FAIR!! AND WILL NOT GET OVER ON US!

I am 74 and quite useless around cars so when my headlight went out and my tire pressure dropped I sought help. This shop is right around the corner from my home and was fantastic. They fixed my headlight and plugged my tire while I waited . It was quick and they were super good and polite.
