Do NOT take your car here if you need work done. Had my brakes replaced and they forgot to put the caliper slide pin bolt on! So now I had to pay again for that problem to be fixed. When I called, Micki, apparently the owner couldn't care less. Didn't even try to rectify the issue. Will NOT be taking my car there again. Shame on them!

Dont take your car here if you need any real work done. I found a super obvious leak on my axle and came here cause reviews werent bad and it was convenient. A few hours later they told me they didnt find any leak and still made me pay the diagnostic fee even though i knew their diagnosis was wrong. I took it to another shop who confirmed there was in fact a leak and fixed it no problem. I dont know if they are lazy and didnt want to do the work to fix it or if they are just incompetent but I will never come here again.

Micki is condescending and arrogant. I wouldn't buy a quart of oil from Melvins Tire. There are plenty of shops off post that want your business and treat you like a client, instead of a headache. My money will go where my business is actually appreciated!

Very rude and disrespectful clerk. Never had an issue before, but today was a total different story. Will never do anymore business with them. Went there to get a tire repaired and gave an attitude the whole time. Came back later when we were informed that the tire was unrepairable, she was still talking down to us and threw our quote after filling it out. Someone like that shouldn’t be working in customer service, she will make you loose all of your business. That’s all I have to say about that.
