Mercedes Annapolis service department is by far the best service I have ever received. I can safely say that because this is my 3rd visit as an out of town customer and their A++ customer service is consistent over the years. From the JR the receptionist to the folks in Parts and the Service attendants, they are all Second to None! Peter Herman didn’t just go the extra mile, he ran a marathon to help me. Seems like nails/screws love my tires when I visit my mom in MD. Anyway, I was on hold forever waiting to talk to my home dealership. Mr. Herman went and looked in my glove compartment and found the receipt that showed I had 4 new tires 5 months ago. Therefore I was due a new tire because I had hazard warranty.

Peter was fantastic! He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t incorrectly billed for a tire replacement that was covered under my warranty. If he hadn’t stepped in, I would have had to pay upfront and navigate a lengthy reimbursement process. Instead, he coordinated directly with the third-party provider so everything was handled properly, and I only paid for the additional maintenance service. After a long and stressful day dealing with a flat tire and being towed, his support and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Excellent customer service all around.
