Service was quite fair and reasonable. Was treated with high respect upon pulling into the service area. Seating was very comfortable. Plenty of drinks and snacks while waiting. Service was handled so quickly I wasn't aware that 2-1/2 hrs had past. Escorted back to my car and it was throughly clean inside and outside. I received a call from the manager while waiting checking to see if I was OK and needed anything. Also after leaving I received a text offering an opportunity to purchase another Benz with a full outline of features a car that is available has in it if I were interested 🙃.

This dealership is not the closest to my home, but I prefer to visit because Andre always takes great care of me and I’ve been coming faithfully for the last 5 years. My service advisor is Andre Goppy and he’s so AMAZING and extremely diligent. He’s very courteous and hospitable. Whether it’s ensuring I have a loaner, transportation back and forth, his communication is unmatched and much appreciated. He’s simply the best and I’m grateful that he makes coordination with the team for service repairs seamless and easy!

I went in wanting a new 2025 trade of the same model. I ended up with a dealer-Certified Preowned like we’ve done before. We are very happy with the newer model and extended warranty as Certified. My only question was whether I received any of the offers in the mailer that brought me in.
