They repaired my oil filter housing and damaged my engine mount in the process and denied it, they do not take responsibility despite paying outrageous amount. I will never go back there again. Very mean and not friendly. My experience with them recent was a terrible one. My filter housing was fixed, engine mount got damaged in the process, my car started vibrating after a week before the snow, i took it back after the snow was over, and they lied that it wasnt their fault. I spent almost $3000 on the filter housing replacement, and they wanted me to pay a fortune for another part and workmanship to fix the engine mount again. I took my car to them twice and they showed no concern or emotions, they are so insensitive yet overcharging as if one plucks money from the tree. This really broke my heart !!!

Very easy to make appointment. Had to wait a week for an appointment to get a rental. Very disappointed with rental. Lights on for tires very little gas in there, no windshield washer fluid in back wiper and car needed a car wash. Other than that very easy process.

We have leased our car from Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley, and from the very beginning, it was a truly great experience. When it came time for the first service, I took my car back there — the staff were very friendly, and professional. About a week after the service, an alarm suddenly popped up in my Mercedes. I stopped by without an appointment, and one of service advisor whose name is Jessica immediately welcomed us with a warm attitude. She took care of everything on the same day, fixed the issue quickly and at no charge. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. As someone who has owned Mercedes cars for many years and worked with other branches before, I can honestly say that Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley is something special. The team here goes above and beyond to make you feel valued. We’re so happy to have found this service center and definitely keep bringing our car here. Highly recommend!

Good experience at Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley. Making the appointment online was easy, upon arrival the staff was professional and friendly. They had the loaner ready and even changed to a vehicle I was more comfortable with. Really appreciated the video of the technician explaining what he was seeing as he inspected my vehicle. Overall an excellent experience.
