Hilina and his crew did excellent job on 2 of my vehicles my first car CLS550 had a suspension failure, and the car was sitting on the ground. Called Hilina as a first-time client and explained the situation, I brought him the car, and he knew right away the compressor for the air ride suspension went bad. He was correct and fixed the problem and checked the entire system. I've had no problem with the car and it's riding as it should again. My other car S550 had a bad oil leak as they normally leak around the oil filter housing and front timing cam shaft covers. He tore front of the engine and everything down and found all the leaks and then replaced all the gaskets and resealed the covers. His price for both jobs was very reasonable and included nothing hidden or changed from his estimate. I would definitely return again and recommend them for any Benz owner looking for a good independent shop.

Tl;dr - Fast service, reasonable prices, honest and knowledgeable mechanics. If you need work on your Mercedes, TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Full story - Our Sprinter van decided not to start in during our trip in Washington DC…Our tow truck driver suggested this shop and we are so thankful that he did. This is easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Long story short; the shop opened at 9am, the mechanic diagnosed the issue at 9:30am (our starter went out). They ordered a part which arrived at 11am and at 12:15 (the SAME day) we were on the road! These guys are literally THAT good. In addition to that, as a Mercedes owner you are used to being shocked when the bill comes for any service…but thankfully I’m this case the cost was very reasonable…and with the speed that they got us out the door running, it was 100% worth every penny. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and humble and I would dang near be willing to drive across the country to have my vehicle serviced by them when something else decides to go wrong! All of these 5 star reviews are for good reason!

Hilina did a good job with my wife CLA250 the car has some kind of water damage causing the dashboard to show all kinds of signal he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it , he was very honest ,I will definitely go back .

This was my 4th visit to the shop for 2013 ML350 Bluetec. This time for engine and transmission mounts. All vibration disappeared. You can be rest assured that the shop uses Mercedes OEM parts. Even engine oil and brake flush used Mercedes oil. The car performs so much better with Mercedes parts. The prices are very fair. I have used many good shops before in different states. This beats them all.

I am from Germany and I love this shop. After being shipped over the Atlantic, my Mercedes didn’t start after a few days. I found the shop via Google called them on Friday and my car was fixed Saturday afternoon. Price was very reasonable and the mechanics know what they are doing. I’m very happy that so found this shop and I can highly recommend it.
