A little far from DC but worth the drive for the value of the service and quality of care. Sheila greets you with a warm reception and is very responsive toward client concerns. Anything i asked about my car (2017 E300), i got a quick follow-up answer with prices below dealership costs. Additionally, the mechanics/specialists are willing to show you the work or physically address any issues you have about your mercedes. Will repeat service, clean facility and worth the visit!

I was able to get my Service B, rear brakes, and air filter replaced for a fraction of the cost compared to the Mercedes dealer. Sheila was very responsive and answered all of my many questions. I was even able to secure a loaner car which allowed me to be mobile! The service was fast and everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely be going back for my next service.
