Overpriced, just for a simple part replacement. I have my own part with all the risk and responsibility I accept, but they still say its their policy or company rule to must use their parts to avoid problems. Then to find out how much their replacement part will cost, they must need the technician to "take a look" at the vehicle (around $250 for this service), before they can give an estimated price for how much will the total repair service might cost. After the take a look. They say its $500 for a vehicle Starter part replacement (the one i bought online only around $200), labor fee is about $600+ since they estimate 6 hours labor fee, so the total amount will be approximately $1100. In the end, we end it up not doing this over priced service, but still got charged around $250 for the "take a look" work fee. If their high ups manage to see this review, please upgrade their computer equipment's, its internet is very slow, and their security system is unsecure, very easy to be hacked. Charging people this pricy and have such low security system, just doesn't make sense. On the other hand, in another place I been to, only cost me around $250 total instead of an $1k+ for the total service, that's 4 times price difference!

So, I had an oil change done here for the first time, and it will be the last as well. After a while of my car starting to run a bit rougher, I decided to lift my car and look at it. The filter was barely even on. I went ahead and changed the oil and filter since more than half was all over my motor. The one time I don't change it myself and trust a company, they can even tighten an oil filter. Thanks for stealing my money and almost costing me a new car. I'll be using all of my connections to make sure nobody comes to this place, or another Merchant's again. Unfortunately I can't give negative stars.

I just received my car back from Mo who is absolutely incredible to work with. He is always so on time and responsive. I have worked with this shop for going on 15 years or more thus far and they remain my go to for tires, brakes and other maintenance items.
