Metro Collision in Eldersburg went above and beyond for me! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and willing to accommodate anything I needed. They kept me updated every step of the way, worked around my schedule, and even finished the repairs sooner than I expected. The quality of their work is incredible — my car looks brand new, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. It’s rare to find a place with this level of customer service and craftsmanship. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done right the first time!

Had my 2017 honda civic repaired here. initially i was not satisfied with the repair ( gap between hood and fender wasnt right) but after i let them know they happily fixed it and made it right. paint work is perfect. body lines are great. super happy with the end result. would recommend to anyone needing body work done. the owner and his son are great to deal with and will help anyway they can to make a bad situation (from a car accident) good. i would use them again

Very pleased. This was my first time using metro and I have no complaints. The work turned out great, the estimate was quick and easy, I got my truck back way faster than expected, the customer service was great, they were able to give me advice on how to navigate the insurance process, the front desk person was easy to work with, the estimator was easy to work with...all around good experience. I've had to take my car here twice and both times been extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond to locate the tail gate for my car and the paint work they did matched perfectly. I won't hesitate going there for any future repairs.
