Was having slight squeal 6 months after Ernie repaired my rear brakes, took it back to him and it turned out to be faulty kit. Ernie not only addressed the squeal but replaced all 4 pads no charge. The best auto repair shop I've ever seen! Honest and competent, and at reasonable cost! We've been going to Ernie's Metro Motorworks for over 20 years. Most recently, mice had damaged the wiring harness on my Scion XB. Ernie was able to troubleshoot, locate and repair the damage, saving me big $$$ from having to get a totally new wiring harness installed.
