In the beginning I was very apprehensive since this was my first time dealing with an outside automotive shop other then the dealership.We all have heard horror stories. The experience with Mickey’s Car-Er was phenomenal!! The staff were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I now have a “guy” for my automotive care from here on out. I will be referring my family friends and as well as by word of mouth. The honesty and integrity was very impressive. My experience with Lee, Chuck, and Mickey made feel comfortable enough to ask whatever questions I had. They took the time to break the information down in a way that I could understand.

Mickey's Car E.R. is the ABSOLUTE BEST‼️I used to only go to my car's dealership, but they gave up on my vehicle about 3 years ago, so I started going to Mickey based on all his 5-star Google reviews. Mickey's team is top-notch, and Mickey always reminds me it's not just him but his entire team when I tell him how pleased I am with Mickey's Car ER. Lee is a gem 💎, so reliable & professional. Mickey is the most honest mechanic that I have ever met; he won't even let me leave a tip & I have asked many times. Most importantly, he's just a good, honest person. He's no-nonsense, yet super funny, extremely smart about vehicles, and takes pride in his customers' satisfaction. For 3 years, Mickey has always went above & beyond to help me with my vehicle. Several times, he has spent many more hours on my vehicle than he charged me for. I don't give fake compliments. Mickey has EARNED all his 5-star reviews. Mickey is a true expert and charges much LESS than he should & could. I would love to tell all the ways Mickey has went above & beyond throughout 3 years to help me keep my vehicle—without charging me a penny extra—but I don't know if he could handle all the new clients that would come running to him 😂🌹. I'll just say this, Mickey cares for my vehicle just like it's his own because he knows how much my vehicle means to me 🙏🏾 ... what more could any customer ask for. Mickey is the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) as an expert mechanic 🐐🐐. He has decades of experience, and his passion to help others with their vehicle is UNMATCHED. He treats EVERY vehicle like it's the most expensive car because he truly knows how valuable it is to each customer. Mickey is so honest that he saved me from buying a lemon (and helped me keep my vehicle going) even though it would have made him a lot more money if I had bought that vehicle. Can't find a person more honest than Mickey ... he is truly the BEST, ever ❤️🔥

This place is super convenient for anyone that lives in Towson and they are extremely receptive and will get your car inspected repaired or whatever as a long time resident of Baltimore. I would take my car plural there often if I have to.

It’s rare to find truly honest people in the auto repair world. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years, so I’ve seen it all. Mickey is a gem — straightforward, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. Did I mention honest? I honestly thought I’d never use that word again to describe someone in this business.
