The manager, Rashawn, at Midas and staff were great! The manager Rashawn, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was needed to fix my car and the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend my family and others to go to Midas and ask for Rashawn for all your vehicle service.

I used to be very pleased with the service that this shop provided but now I can no longer say the same, solely due to the behavior of the individual who answers the phone at this place, Rashawn. Scheduling an appointment at this location is very difficult due to the fact that almost every time I call no one picks up. When someone does pick up, it is always Rashawn, who has a very bad attitude problem. On several occasions he has hung up the phone on me simply due to his bad attitude. When I once asked if I could bring in my vehicle to have work done in increments (my car needed several things done, and I had already paid for all services to be provided) Rashawn became very irate and nasty with me, claiming that I was “insulting his intelligence”. Of course, I never meant to “insult his intelligence”, I just merely wanted to not have had to leave my car at the shop for the entire duration of the day, as I needed it for transportation to work, and would just have preferred to have left it there for several hours one day and several hours the next for the sake of convenience. The techs who work on the cars here are all very proficient and competent in what they do, but Rashawn is a complete turn-off. While I often frequented this Midas location in the past, I sadly won’t be doing so anymore.

Just let Midas in Catonsville and have to say very impressed with the establishment very nice and friendly took care of all my concerns and been to a few different shops but I think I found My home, I am a very happy customer! they got to me in quick kept me updated throughout the whole process went over financing options with and made me feel like a human and not a customer, management was very professional and informational and managed to get me out right before closing I’ve had some bad experiences at auto shops but this past experience with Midas made me gain my confidence and trust back with shops, it’s good to know there are still good and honest people out there THANKS FOR EVERYTHING MIDAS!! I’ll see you again soon 😊
