I do most of the work on my BMW, but I brought it to Mike's German Auto Repair due to a couple of problems I couldn't figure out. Mike personally hunted down the leak in my fuel evap system and the engine noise. So nice to have those nagging problems gone! I later noticed that Mike had properly torqued my lug nuts when putting the wheels back on. That rarely happens, and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and expertise!

I went to Mike to change my rear brakes for my Benz GLC 300. He provided excellent customer service, communicated with me very quickly to schedule a time and let me know what he believed my car needed. His prices were comparable to other shops I called. He finished my brakes same day and I was in and out before end of business day. Excellent experience overall and highly recommend!

Mike helped me out with true professionalism and care when I came to him last minute with the belly pan of my VW hanging from the bottom of my car and dragging on the road. I was traveling for work, had one more day in town before driving back home, and was constantly running from meeting to meeting. I had a free two hour window, so I looked around the area for garages and settled on Mike's place, as it specified German cars. I gave him a call, described the problem, and he told me to come by and he would have a look. I showed up, he put my car on the lift, we talked about the damage to it and decided to keep the existing one for now, and then he bolted the belly pan back into place right there. In and out in fifteen minutes. No shaming (even though, in fairness, I was pretty foolish for driving with the belly pan dragging at all), no price gouging, no discomfort. A very honest man and an impressively organized garage. I walked away from the interaction feeling great. Highly recommend Mike's German Auto Repair - thanks Mike!!
