I scheduled a repair, but the service representative booked the appointment incorrectly. They only offer 7:30 a.m. drop-off times, yet they donโ€™t even begin working on your car until after lunch. Asking customers to be there that early, only to wait all day, is unreasonable. If you plan to stay with your vehicle, you have to block off your entire day. Appointment times are meaningless if a customerโ€™s time isnโ€™t respected.

The shop has friendly & helpful people. I was scheduled for Monday morning before the 4th of July, so they were very busy. My next visit will be better planned. Iโ€™m not sure if they overbooked or what, but I was there from 9am to just prior to noon. They offered a free car wash, but I didnโ€™t have that done due to time constraints. Their shop manager has been very good about my follow up questions, and is very prompt with answering emails Iโ€™ve sent. I would recommend this shop without hesitation.

Came in because car cut off and wouldn't start up bought to Miller brother cadillac the technician ike told need a computer for my car and he order it than when he got it and try to download info he said he couldn't download it the computer they got was bad and he to order another one order it and got and said it had lights on it that wouldn't go out so he had to wait until Monday for another technician to come in that knows all about cadillac cars and he will know everything about that problem my car was having he came in Monday they didn't call me so I called Tuesday but technician was with another customer and was asked to leave a message but later technician called me letting me know car was ready but still had all the lights on dash bad BUSSINESS BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE AND THE TECHNICIAN รŒKE LIAR ABOUT ALL THE CONVERSATIONS HE HAD TO EACH OTHER SAYING HE DID SAY ANYTHING MAKE SURE YOUR RECORD PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH THESE GUY THEY LIAR

This service center is top notch. I visited today for a service appointment and was treated considerately, kindly, punctually, and honestly. Weโ€™ve owned a few higher end vehicles but no other dealershipsโ€™ service center has ever treated me so well before, especially as a woman. Highly recommend Ike and the team at Miller Brothers Cadillac.

I called for service at the beginning of the day on Wednesday, and was only able to leave a message. I called back twice more that day, and I was still unable to speak to anyone. Someone finally called me back the next day around 36 hours after my initial call. I explained my problem and they asked me to come in to evaluate it quickly and potentially schedule a future appointment. They didnโ€™t have any openings for
