I ended up here because of unfortunate accident and Fred was very helpful! He answered all my question and explained them with patience and clearly. He was more helpful than my own insurance company. Cannot comment about price, since this was a first time kind of repair for me I am not sure about market prices. Only thing that bothered me was that took so many days to replace a bumper, due to part being delivered damaged + holiday etc. However, I am very happy with the result, everything looks like out of factory.

Miller Bros was excellent! They repaired the damage on my Camry to like new condition. Sue was professional and friendly, and kept me up on everything. When I got my car back, it was even cleaner than when I dropped it off, and I'd even carefully detailed it before I dropped it off. I would recommend that anybody who needs a body shop to use Miller Bros in Ellicott City. My car is beautiful again. A+++++ all the way!

Review of Miller Brothers Automotive Repair 9035 Baltimore-National Pike Ellicott City, MD 21042 I was impressed with the overall customer service one receives at Miller Brothers Automotive Repair, from initial contact through the final automobile body repair. Shop manager Jamie Murphy is on top of his game and embodies the finest of customer service. Though he clearly had a busy schedule the afternoon I delivered our vehicle to the auto body shop, he took the time to greet me, and after he completed his conversation with two customers, started providing excellent service to me from the get-go. He was courteous and immediately attentive to our vehicle, thoroughly reviewing the vehicle’s damage. I found the auto repair shop and its staff to be equally welcoming, customer-friendly, and organized. The service throughout the repair process was professional, thorough, and efficient. The customer receives nearly daily updates, via telephone/text/email, on the repair process, detailing what's been accomplished thus far, as well as next steps...a quality, first-rate customer-friendly service. In our particular case, it was felt that the vehicle (a newer Avalon) also warranted being reviewed by a local Toyota dealership regarding its rear cross traffic alert and blind spot monitoring master sensor. We appreciated their going the extra yard to take the vehicle to Toyota to ensure that the problem was handled efficiently. The service manager in such professional repair facilities is the linchpin in their successful operation. In this case, Jamie Murphy has proven to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and quite willing to answer questions and/or provide clarification to his customer base. I observed the same degree of customer service in his interaction with other patrons at the repair facility. Quality, service, and dependability are all too often lacking in today’s world of work. Perhaps that’s why this automobile repair shop stands out. My wife and I value the degree of pride and service exhibited at this facility. We have used this auto body repair shop previously and will continue to recommend Miller Brothers Automotive Repair to family and friends.

Miller Brothers of Ellicott City Body Shop has a highly professional and customer-focused staff. I stopped in after my spouse dislodged our front bumper in a parking lot. Jamie and Chuck were very courteous and helpful. They secured the bumper quickly and refused to accept any payment! If you need automotive repairs and value customer service, I highly recommend Miller Brothers of Ellicott City.
