This is by FAR the best experience I've EVER had at a dealership whether it be buying, selling or service. My transmission needed replacement & Tony in the service department was attentive, knowledgeable, clearly communicated, and very professional. This dealership is out of my way, but I will have no problem taking either of my Chevys vehicles back!

When i dropped my truck off, my key fob worked perfectly fine. Someone on the service team broke it and no one told me. I noticed it when I went to unlock my car. When I went back to ask that they replace it, they claimed "its an old fob, wear and tear. Not our fault." Unless you're ok with people breaking your stuff, just take it somewhere else. Update: spoke to the general manager Bob Palmer yesterday evening about my experience. He claimed that he has no say over what happens in the service department and that the service director's decision not to replace my key fob was out of his hands. He did say he'd forward my complaint to the owner, Mike Miller via email. I asked to be CC'd on that email as well. Since I don't trust this business, I also emailed the owner myself with a video of me using my key fob to unlock my car on my way to my service appointment and the picture of what my fob looked like after. It shouldn't be this difficult to get this business to replace the fob they broke while my car was in their possession and their responsibility.

I want to take a moment to share my experience. I purchased my Silverado from Millers, and recently I needed to get a rim fixed. I called last week and spoke with Bobby, but unfortunately, that experience was terrible — he was no help at all. He couldn’t provide any answers to my questions and just kept transferring me to other people who also couldn’t help. It was frustrating and disappointing. However, when I brought my truck in on Monday, everything turned around thanks to Malcolm. He was absolutely the best! Malcolm took the time to explain the entire process of fixing my rim clearly and professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly commend Malcolm for his outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service. He turned a bad situation into a great one, and I’m very grateful for his help!

Malcolm, Bobby, and the service team are outstanding! Malcolm went above and beyond by extensively researching helpful information regarding my Chevy Bolt. We also had a positive experience with Andrew Jacobs in sales and the autobody shop. Miller Brothers is our all around 'go to' dealer that checks off all our boxes.
