I would not go anywhere else for autobody repair! Severna Park autobody is excellent. My car looks brand new and my car was ready as promised. Jeremy, Desiree and Scott are very helpful and they keep you posted on the details as well as when to expect your vehicle to be ready. This morning my wife left for work around 6:30am and got a few streets away before calling me and turning around - her car sounded awful and something was wrong. We all know that feeling and her stomach dropped. Fears like "Oh boy, how much is this gonna set me back?" and "How long am I going to be missing my car?" start popping up. I figured I'd be taking off the day from work at the least. Under the car, we realized that something was wrong with the splash guard and it was dragging along the road as she drove. I zip-tied it up as best I could but did not feel comfortable with my wife driving on highway conditions with it like that. I called Severna Park Auto Body when they opened at 8am and reached Jeremy. He assured me it would be fine and I should bring the car in and he'd take care of us - little did I know how well he would. We arrived a few minutes later with the zip-tied undercarriage holding up and Jeremy hopped under the car - and with Jeremy's expert experience and knowledge, he recognized the actual, unusual issue immediately that while the screws holding the guard were secured properly to the guard itself, the bolts on the other side that they connect to that hold it together had come undone. He quickly fastened everything properly and we were on our way within 10 minutes of getting there! The issue that moments ago was overwhelming, Jeremy had fixed for us in seconds. Neither of us were even late to work! Absolutely incredible!! There are a few services in this world - doctors, dentists, mechanics to name a few - where they're super important to have but always scary and uneasy finding ones you trust and like. Today, Jeremy and Severna Park Auto Body helped my wife and I better than I could have imagined or asked for and proved they are one of the good ones for sure! You guys have life long customers in us now. Thank you for going above and beyond, Jeremy!!!

My insurance company recommended Severna Park Auto Body last year when I hit a deer. When I had another mishap recently, I knew where to go. They do great work for a fair and honest price. Try to avoid hitting deer, but if you do, get your car body repair at Severna Park Auto Body.

Severna Park Auto Body was a great choice to repair my rear fender that was damaged from being rear ended. Everyone was friendly and very communicative by phone and email. The estimating process was quick and easy and the repair turned out great. The on-site mechanic was even able to change my oil and check my breaks while the car was there. Overall a great experience!
