I had a great experience at this auto shop! The staff was professional, honest, and super efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had my car ready even faster than expected. The prices were fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Where shall I start?? Not only are these guys super friendly & professional, they made me feel safe and comfortable after a terrible accident and COMMUNICATED with me every step of the way. They fixed up my car on a timely fashion even tho I have nothing good to say about my insurance, I have everything positive to say about Millis Garage!!! The guys here a very nice and a chill environment. Pedro assured me with my vehicle and he was very nice and told me what needs to be done to my vehicle. I also had a Maryland inspection and Jackie was very thorough and honest (which some people don’t like). He didn’t nitpick, he was just honest I made sure that I was safe on the road. The owner is very nice and I can tell that everything trickles down from him with how the shop is ran.
