I recently brought my 2016 Mini in for service and had a great overall experience. My service advisor, Matthew, was excellent—polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the process smooth and easy, and I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. They had me in and out without unnecessary delays. One feature I especially liked was receiving service updates via text while my car was being worked on. It was convenient and kept me informed throughout the process. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with coffee, water, and sodas, which made the wait comfortable. The only small suggestion I would make is that the chairs could use an upgrade, as they were a bit worn and tattered. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this service center to others.

Very fast and professional service department at Mini of Towson. Would highly recommend this service department. After several attempts to reach Mini of Towson with no answer or calls back I called Mini of Towson who answered immediately and where very professional and courteous which was refreshing. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and didn’t expect it to get looked at until sometime in the following week so needless to say I was very pleased when I got a call Saturday the next day telling me that they had already diagnosed it and it would be done on Monday. Again very impressed and also there is great follow up and communication seeing how I also got the call from my service advisor Matt who was awesome telling me the vehicle was already completed and ready for pickup. This was all done with no appointment and I was not even expecting the vehicle to have been diagnosed yet but they informed me it was ready and upon pickup everything was easy and everyone was very courteous so I would highly recommend anyone with maybe even any vehicle to use there service department lol. But I think Mini of Annapolis could learn a few things from this place. Also I waited a few weeks to write this review and the vehicle is still working great. Thank you very much to Mini of Towson and there entire service staff for such fast and professional and refreshing automotive service.

Mini of Towson and service advisor Matt provided excellent service on our 2017 Mini Cooper. The service tech sent a video of the issues to my husband so he and I could discuss our options. (I was onsite for the appointment.) One of the parts was covered under an extended warranty so the actual cost for the repair came in under the estimate. I waited for the car and Matt made sure I had regular updates on repair progress. Appreciate that the car was washed and vacuumed too. Thanks to Matt and the service team!

I can always depend on Mini of Towson to get the job done, and done well. Wayne is particularly helpful and I like that he has been there for a number of years. His expertise and manner dealing with my now 3rd Mini - is exceptional.

Justin was simply amazing. He was super detailed and communicative with every step of my service. He was also very informative and knowledgeable in assisting me enrolling into the manufacturer's maintenance (oil change) program.
