I had been bringing my Mercedes to Mitch Carr's for more than 25 years during which time I had a great relationship with the service writers and mechanics. Since it has changed owner/management this has become awful and insulting. The two times I have asked about making changes to my cars I have been given 30 second pedantic lectures on why these were terrible ideas and that was that. Although the mechanics might be good, the customer service people need a course in basic courtesy.

A little bit delayed in our review, but so deserving of the review. We have been taking my wife's E350 for just a few years now. But they are always very professional, clean, and transparent. In our recent service issue, where we had to bring our car in for a flat tire, they pre-ordered the tire to get ready for the appointment. When they found that the tire could be patched, they simply patched, and didn't even charge us. A good car mechanic is hard to find. So thankful to find this shop, and look forward to working with them for many years.

I visited Mitch Carr's Auto, recommended by a friend in the auto repair business, and had an outstanding experience. Sean, the owner, displayed professionalism and thoroughness from the get-go. He took his time to diagnose the issue and provided an incredible price for the project. My Porsche 911 has never run better. I highly recommend Mitch's Auto for top-notch service and affordability. Sean and his team exceeded my expectations in every way.
