Had my car completely refuse to start on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, everyone I called Monday morning said I would need to wait at least a week to get in. Mark got me in that day, was incredibly communicative, and the price was reasonable and well explained. I got my car back on Wednesday after bringing it in late Monday afternoon, and I paid less than I thought I was going to have to! If you need a mechanic this is the place, I cannot sing their praises enough!

I can't say enough good things about the service I receive at this place. They get back to you very quickly. Mark is amazing, he took the time to explain the issue in terms I could understand, always getting my approval before proceeding to do any work. It is clear to me that they truly care about their customers. If you’ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is the place to find one. I’ve never left the shop disappointed with my car or the money spent for it. I highly recommend this place and the mechanics who work here.

Customer Service Does Exist... In a time where it seems like customer service is all but dead. Welcome to MLP where it more than exist it's their way of doing business. Each time I have had one of my vehicles serviced there it has been very simple. Mark makes sure he knows exactly what the concern is and addresses it making sure he goes over it with you as he does. I rest easy when sending my daughters vehicles there. I know that the problem will be taken care of and taken care of correctly. If I had any doubt of that I would not send them there.
