Chris worked on my brother’s truck a few weeks ago. There were a couple of hiccups with a part delivery that delayed the repair, but he communicated clearly the entire time and handled everything professionally. I've left reviews for this shop before, but I want to take the time to reiterate just how much I appreciate an auto repair shop I can trust. They do excellent work, and you can tell that they care about their customers and their reputation for quality work. I have never once felt like I was being upsold on repairs or service that were not warranted - if they suggest it, it's because it's what's best for you and your automobile. Are they the cheapest place? Don't know, don't care - it's hard to place a value on great customer service in a day and age where great customer service is in short supply. Chris and Francesca are great to work with and treat us like family when we're in there, and my cars have never run better. What's not to like? They have been my go-to place for auto care for several years at this point and there is no reason for that to change.

Amazing service! Chris is a very knowledgeable and friendly and will take the time to talk to you and explain the problem and the solution professionally and respectively. Even being short staffed, he was able to get my vehicle fixed and ready before our trip that we had planned to travel to within the same week. The customer service staff was also welcoming and knowledgeable and showed stellar customer service! Recommending them to others already and will be a repeating customer for future repairs and maintenance!

Service was excellent. Chris worked super quick to fix something that had been wrong with my car for over a year. He wasn’t at all pushy about work I’ll need down the road. This is the first shop I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like someone was trying to sell me on something. It was refreshing. This is the only shop I’ll be taking my car from now on.
