Honest!!!!! I thought I needed a starter for my Charger but once the maintenance guy did his diagnosis he realized it was my transmission. He gave me a couple of places to go to to get it and then he gave me his price. He was on time and very professional. His team was great with communication and being prompt. I definitely recommend him.

The Spanish guy is legit doesn't speak English well went straight to work. Changed out the whole right rear suspensions (upper, lower, and etc) in about 3 hours on my 2022 Honda passport. Called the right person.. Came quick too when my parts arrived.

First of my apt was 10/19/25 they told me 12pm the “mechanic “ would be here this so called mechanic did not come until 4pm waisted my whole day waiting on him and his assistant poor communication. He gets here I sit outside for two hours watching this so called mechanic take stuff apart in my car to replace my started after sitting there he calls his assistant because he speaks no English and tells her to tell me he can’t do the job because it’s too hard to get to the starter I’ll be looking at 6 hours of labor because he has to take my whole suspension out and it’ll be an extra 250 but mind you I already paid these people 275. So instead of him saying that he didn’t know how to replace a starter in a Audi he books me makes me pay come out play in my car for 2 hours then say he can’t do it it’ll be extra money and he would have to come back another day. So he’s telling his assistant to ask me how do I know it’s the starter and I said because I went to a real mechanic and they did the diagnostic. But me trying to save a lil money I thought I found somebody who knew what they were doing. So I say okay I need a refund I can find somebody who knows what they’re doing and his assistant goes on to say well usually we charge 120 for diagnostics but I’m just going to give u a full refund uh yea girl yall didn’t diagnose shit I told yall what the problem was. So fast forward to 10/23/25 my car is at the shop about to get fixed they call me and say where’s the bolts and nuts for the starter it’s not there and it’s just hanging so I text her and I’m like the guy didn’t put nothing back together and he took my bolts and nuts and she says he didn’t take nothing apart just removed the filters and vents I told her that’s a lie I sat outside for two hours and watched him take shit apart and he started taking the starter screws out but there was one screw he couldn’t get to. No response Long story short this guy does not know how to do real repairs just the basic stuff I don’t recommend these people.

Panicked when my car wouldn’t start at night in subzero temperatures. I called and they were very responsive and had someone come the following morning. They charged 120 for a diagnostic which was reasonable. They charged my battery and it started working. Mechanic explained what he was doing and was transparent. Will call again if another problem arises. Thank you!
