Was having headaches and other reactions driving my car, I took it to Tim for a deep cleaning and he found mold under the carpeting! He thoroughly cleaned the car and sanded/sealed the affected areas. No more reactions! He also told me the likely (and confirmed) source of the problem that I was able to fix: Kia and Toyota have narrow drainage tubes, if they get blocked water builds up inside ( hence the mold). Tim also gave great suggestions that helped me maximize my insurance refund. Highly recommend for CIRS patients!

I like Scott at Mobile One because he didn’t try to sell me on a package I didn’t need. There’s something to be said for this in an era where people are always trying to upsell you, especially in the car industry. His work is thorough customer service exceptional. I believe he’s honest and cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

Scott was great. I brought my car in with suspected mold, and he tested the carpets and didn't find any moisture. Instead of pressuring my into getting mold treatment done anyway, he recommended some products to help minimize any smells, recommended I change my cabin air filter, and to wait another month--recommending that if I had a small amount of mold, it would grow, and it would be obvious by then. He encouraged me to call or return any time to ask any questions, if they pop up. It's refreshing to visit a place that doesn't pressure you into getting things you don't actually need!

I cannot begin to explain how transformative taking my car to be serviced by Scott and his team at Mobile One Services. I bought this car knowing it had cosmetic faults. An 11 year old car that spent time in the Northeast and was not cared for. When I bought it, it had the cheapest, ugliest carbon fiber wrap on the mirrors, roof wing and even on the dashboard inside. It had plastidip on one (yes only one) of the door handles that was already peeling off, and on the rear logo bezel. Mobile One removed them all along with residual pieces of wrap from previous owners. The paint was in very bad shape and the plastic exterior parts were a light shade of grey instead of pitch black, now they are pitch black. In addition Scott arranged for a hood stripe and a real carbon fiber roof wing extender I provided to be installed for me while doing the detailing work. Hands down best service I have ever experienced. If you love your car, take it to Mobile One Services. The previous owner saw the car after and could not believe that it was the same car. I tried to upload before and after photos, but unfortunately Google isn't being cooperative today.

I’ve been using Mobile One for at home annual car detailing for many years. Scott, Hugo and team are always lovely to work with. They are on time and do such a beautiful job cleaning up my messy car - which my kids and dog have not made easy. Highly recommend!
