Extremely dishonest and unprofessional experience. I went to Montgomery Mall Exxon for a simple inspection service that I clearly authorized. Later, they added extra work to my bill that I never approved and could not provide any signed authorization for. When I asked for proof, none was provided. I’ve had to dispute the charges with my bank and provide evidence showing how they fabricated the transaction. This kind of conduct shows a serious lack of integrity. Avoid this place if you expect honesty or accountability.

I cannot say enough about the great service and customer centered experience at the Montgomery Mall Exxon service station. The inspector as well as the customer service at the reception were top class and very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. I highly recommend going to the Montgomery Mall Exxon for any repairs or inspection needs.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this spot is for auto care. I went in to get a car inspection because I am selling my vehicle, and the employees were beyond helpful. They shared more with me than they were required to and didn't try to squeeze more money out of me for anything. Their prices were the best I've found (after researching many places), the repairs were fairly priced, and the efficiency re: the time it took to get it all done was top notch! If you need a state inspection or auto work, visit this spot. Thank you for being so kind, efficient, and honest! I'll be back!

Hans, was working on a car in the garage, when I pulled up yesterday. He was so very helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions and to assist me. He couldn't have been more attentive and listened to my concerns with free good advice. He is top notch in my books and Exxon is lucky to have such an exemplary hard worker!!

Wow. Where do I begin. Moved from out of state. Needed an inspection and all other MVA such things to follow. They opened early for me. Rita was a rockstar guiding the process and informing me of the options. Chris was a joy to chat with. and MASSIVE shout out to HANS!!! Certified Inspector Hans was honest, direct, efficient, thorough, and so helpful. He even removed some paint scratches at NO EXTRA CHARGE. So so thankful I took my vehicle to this team.
