Super Rude people, I really regret taking my car there ! Go anywhere else but this place. And i am not talking about Exxon, i took my car to Shell Service Center.

Had a flat tire just as I was about to drive to the Eastern Shore a little before 4:00 pm yesterday. I called the 3 closest gas stations to Democracy.Blvd and Old Georgetown Rd. The first 2 said their tire guys leave at 4 (but left earlier yesterday.) John was the technician that took my call at Shell, said c’mon over, he would be waiting for me. He changed the tire quickly, was very polite and friendly, and demonstrated his auto knowledge while we chatted. I appreciated his prompt attention, and I was back on the road about 30 minutes later. Great service, reasonable price; I hope John is there the next tine I need auto services!

Go here for service!! Our van started misfiring 12 hrs into a 15 hr trip and I’m thrilled it happened where it did. Pulled off freeway and happened to make it to this service station right before they closed. They couldn’t get to it that night but allowed us to get the ticket started and get it in the next morning. Ended up doing that and getting hotel. They had it diagnosed before we had woke up. Immediately called and changed spark plugs and had us on our way asap. Yes, they solved the problem but our experience was 5 star because of how kind they were. We had just been through a lot and were desperate. We found them so honest, nice, efficient and very very knowledgeable!! It’s rare to find this these days so thank you!

My inlaws took their cars for service here for years and were always happy. I've taken several cars for service and they have been very good. Solved the issue and didn't overcharge. Highly recommend this service center.
