SPECTACULAR! As a woman, I am concerned with being talked down to or overcharged. With Moshe, not only is that not a worry, but he clearly tells me what he thinks is needed and not. He works to save me money when possible, and treats me with the utmost respect. I have used him for all my family's cars for many years and could not make a better choice!

Rude and poor customer service. I called this morning to inquire about getting brakes replaced on my car. Moshe tells me to call back in the afternoon to follow up on if he’s able to do the replacement. I call back in the afternoon, just as I’m told, and he tells me “I told you I cannot do. I’m not the guy. Bye” and hangs up. Someone with this type of mannerism does not deserve to get paid for his service.

Moshe is a true honest mechanic which can be hard to find these days. I had some problems with my old 240 stalling, after talking with him on the phone he had me bring it in and troubleshooted some things while I was there. Últimately I need to take it to the dealership but he sent me off free of charge (I tried to pay something) and with a better understanding of what’s going on. I would absolutely bring my car here for future work. For the other reviews complaining about appointments - it’s just a small two-car garage, I think he’s doing the best he can. Just call and talk to him, don’t expect a dealership experience
