I recently brought my Honda Odyssey to Motor Works for a routine inspection and minor service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a first-time customer, I was impressed by how thorough, transparent, and professional the entire team was from start to finish. They performed a comprehensive inspection, including an oil change, brake fluid exchange, filter replacements, wiper insert replacement, tire rotation, and even identified and removed a rodent nest that had formed in the engine compartment — all without pushing unnecessary repairs. Everything was clearly explained, the costs were fair and transparent, and the staff took the time to go over the results in detail. The facility is clean, the team is respectful and attentive, and I really appreciated the level of care shown to both the car and the customer. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with genuine customer service. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
