BLACK CUSTOMERS: DO NOT GO TO MOTOR WORLD. They do not care about us at all. This is an old, good ol white boys club price gouging and fronting as an old school mom and pop shop. In late April 2023, I brought my car to this mechanic shop after being referred for their “services” and it was a horrible experience. They left a HUGE, DEEPLY INDENTED SCRATCH on the side of my car! My car was spotless beforehand so this was very devastating. I did not deserve this, as I really put my trust in these guys. John exhibited horrible customer service as I tried to show him the damage. He presented nicely at first, until I told him I would not continue on with a $6,000 engine repair due to prior obligations. John became disrespectful and denied any accountability for the scratch on my car. When I previously stopped by to check the progress of my car on a Saturday, I found it parked underneath a lift, which had a parked car on top of it that had an oil leak spilling all over my vehicle. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, I also had a full tank of gas when I dropped the car off, and it was completely empty by the time I picked it up a week later. This was the worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had, and I will be pursuing further action. Motor World, please do not respond with a fake, performative comment to offset this review. As of April 27, Motor World has not worked out any arrangement, resolution, or agreement to resolve what you have done to my car. THIS ALL JUST HAPPENED AND MOTOR WORLD WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
