I spent weeks looking for a used car to purchase and went to several dealers. I ended up buying a car from Mountain Motors and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made this process easy. No buyers remorse here and will be buying my future cars from this place!!!

I walked in with my old car that was a 2009 ford focus and got a 2008 Nissan Sentra although it is a year younger it definitely runs much better and everything then the 2009 I am very happy with my purchase. And I also got locked out of my car cause no one knew that the keys didn’t unlock the doors to the car so we locked the doors and got locked out they sent someone asap to help us get our doors unlocked. Own really helped me out a lot with my process my wife and I got a van from them a few months ago and now that’s her car and now I went and got one form them as well we haven’t had any major problems with out vehicles we got form them they really help you and help you get the right fit for you but both times we went down we already knew what we wanted. And it was nice that my new car I got had a down payment of 800 and they took my old car for the trade in on the exact amount so I didn’t need any money. I would highly recommend them to anyone

If I could leave 0 stars I would . Don’t even look at this place drive right past them . They janky and sell lemons .grabbed a 2013 dodge dart .. I’ve had my car for a month and a week and they haven’t fixed it …the checked engine light came on the first day meaning they had to reset it for purchase . Tamika is zero help and wrote me fraud papers to take to the dmv for emissions . She had me run in and out of there 10 times promising to fix the issue and the problem wasn’t resolved . The car is now undrivable . See yall in court :)

This place is unbelievable and very unprofessional. You know when it comes to a car you should be very freaking professional because the car is being used to transport people’s children back-and-forth to school or whatever that they do with their kids and not only that is for them to get back-and-forth to work also and when you sit here and you call Them and they give you the runaround and also what they do is they reset things so we can pass inspection they patch up things so It can pass inspection When we purchased the car three weeks ago, the car had no antifreeze And you know how I found out that it was a problem is because I put a whole bottle of antifreeze and it leaked out like a rainfall so that was a patch up job just so we can pass inspection

This is my second vehicle from Mountain Motors, they are beyond amazing and treat you like family. I had my first car from them for 3 1/2 years and I just traded it in to them for a the vehicle I was looking to upgrade to. The process was so refreshing and just as smooth as the first time. They are understandable and reasonable they make you feel safe being a woman on a car lot not really knowing exactly what to look for. I recommend them 100% for a reliable safe and affordable. They have something for everyone and make it worth the time and drive there. Give mountain motors a try!
