Poor Service: Today I had an appointment scheduled with Mr. Baltimore Mobile Machine for a car diagnostic test at 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, the service feel far short of what I expected. At 6:15 PM, rather than arriving as agreed, Mr. Baltimore called and started conducting the diagnostic test over the phone. After asking a few preliminary questions, he mentioned he will call me back. He didn't inform me of any changes to his arrival time or offer and explanation for his delay. When I reached out via text to cancel the service, Mr. Baltimore's response was dismissive and unprofessional: "I Already Did"" This interaction was not only rude but also indicative of poor service. A business owner, especially one offering mobile services, should maintain a professional demeanor and ensure clear communication with clients. There was no advance notice of he lateness, and trying to complete a car diagnostic test over the phone is inadequate substitute for the actual hands-on service that was promised. Overall, Mr. Baltimore Mobile Machine demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism and respect for customer time and commitments. The poor service experience I encountered underscores why I strongly recommend avoiding this service provider. "DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE"

Very satisfied with the mobile mechanic's work on my car's oil system. He replaced the oil pump and cleaned out the pan, which solved the pressure issues I was having.
