Very disappointed in their ability to weld. Something as simple as installing a 10" section to repair broken pipe could not be done correctly as it leaked by the time I got home. A wasted $200.

Rip off ,tried to charge me $500 more to do less work. Had an appointment scheduled for 8am didn't show till after 9am. Took down wrong phone number. Did not trust them to do any work. Said it was going to cost $750 but once I finally got ahold of him Mattt changed the price to 1200 and was going to do less work than what the original agreement was. Stay clear from this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would have but you have to give atleast 1 star to leave a review visited this shop recently to get a quote on welding the end part of my exhaust I arrived went inside guy at the counter/register was staring off into space he didn't even wanna talk to me he seemed bothered before I could even get all my words out he's saying $220 he didn't even take a look at what had to be replaced $220 for what I was asking to be replaced seem really outrageous so I replied $220 for a whole new exhaust ? He replied nah $220 to weld I walked out and went elsewhere where I had the part that needed to be welded they came out and looked at the part and quoted me less than $100 less than what the zoned out guy working the front counter had quoted me . I would strongly recommend/encourage if you need exhaust/any car work to go elsewhere 100% . Guy working the front counter was unprofessional (Mr.muffler employee didn't come out to look at part it was in my trunk )Thanks For Reading my Review

I came to the establishment just looking for a quote after being told by several other mechanics it would take hours to repair and was trying to charge me almost $1000 to do the repairs. I spoke with the sales representative here at Mr. Muffler and he got my van in within 15min and gave me a quote that was unbelievable, so I asked how long would it take and he said about an hour. Believe it or not they had me fixed up and out the door in less than 30mins. Would definitely recommend this company and I will also be returning for future repairs. 5 stars hands down!!

I had called Mr. Muffler Auto Care on a Wednesday to find out if they could fabricate my Mother’s muffler on the truck due another part being welded to the muffler, and the GMC dealer discontinuing the muffler. Matt, was extremely helpful and said with hesitation they could fix it. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Thursday at 8:00 am. We had the truck there by 8 am. Matt and his technician looked at the vehicle and came back within 10 minutes to tell us the length of time and cost for the service. Matt’s team was able to complete the work within an hour! I would recommend Mr Muffler Auto Care to anyone. They are reliable, professional and highly skilled at what they do. I would give them 10 stars.
