Kory, Adrianna, and Joe were awesome! Kory is our family's go-to guy for trustworthy work on our vehicles. He helped me narrow down my tire selection on my Subaru. Kory got the tires delivered the same day I called. Joe at the front desk made sure I was informed throughout the process. Adrianna worked on the application of the four tires and alignment. I'm so Happy with my purchase of new Michelin tires. I appreciate all the hard work on my vehicle by the staff!

Fantastic experience for tires and alignment. Setting things up on the phone with Cory was great and easy!! He’s very nice, helpful and looks out for the customer. His Customer Service was excellent. Saturday were busy but everyone was helpful and professional. Got me out in a reasonably quick time frame. Very happy with the overall experience. Thank!

I am usually giving great reviews here at Mr Tire but… Last month I was charged $134.00 For an alignment on another car I own . This week I returned after buying tires elsewhere and a 13.00 shop parts fee was added to the 134.00. I noticed after I left. Doesn’t make sense. A Shop fee and parts for an alignment and I wasn’t charged that before, help me understand. The work was decent and people seem great ( that’s why I returned ) Makes my trust in this business questionable.

I made an appointment online and when I got there I was told they didn’t have the tires. I then was sold other tires that were more expensive and told them I would be back before they closed. When I got there my car had not moved so I told him I just wanted my keys. He then told me he could order the actual tires that I wanted. I came back later the next week when the tires were in and he told me an hour which turned into four hours. My car was there for over 14 hours and I had to cancel the alignment because he didn’t know how to run the machine. He was the only person there absolutely no techs so he was working the counter and doing the work. I definitely don’t blame him for not having any help but there wasn’t even so much as an apology offered. If I could do zero stars I would that is a joke. I also saw three other people that came in and left unhappy I should have seen the writing on the wall. It also turns out the tires I wanted and ordered were not the tires I got they put 50k tires on for the same price as the 65k tires that I wanted. I will definitely never go back.

I brought my vehicle in twice for the same issue — a persistent check engine light. After these two visits, I have paid approximately $700 in diagnostic fees and repairs. Despite this, the original issue was not resolved, and the check engine light remains on. Paying a significant amount of money only to have the same unresolved issue after multiple visits is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. At no point was I informed that the repairs performed might not address the root cause of the problem, nor was a clear resolution provided.
