fine for a tire replacement and an oil change. Every time i have come here for anything else i end up having to take it to another shop for them to actually properly diagnose and fix it which costs me even more money. (this has happened twice now which is why i’m now writing a negative review) There needs to be improvements in quality of service and quality of customer service. Overall unfortunate.

I called Mr. Tire to request an appointment for an oil leak, a non-working right windshield wiper, and a check engine light. When I arrived, they took my name and keys. When I later asked for an update, the manager said he was not aware of the oil leak and would have the car lifted to investigate. They replaced the wiper without properly diagnosing the issue, and the right wiper still did not work. I was told the check engine light was due to the gas cap not being closed properly. I was charged for a diagnostic and the wiper replacement. After I complained, they asked me to return after the storm to recheck the wiper at no additional cost and provide an estimate for the oil leak. I also questioned why the diagnostic fee was not disclosed upfront and was told it was because I did not ask. I came in with concerns and expected to be informed of costs before services were performed. I previously had my tires changed at Mr. Tire in December 2024 and had a good experience, which is why I decided to continue using them. Unfortunately, I am not very impressed with the service received during this visit.

Scheduled service appointment was provided on-time! Only thing that should be considered is the having a set of pucks on hand to service EV's especially since EV's tend to go through tires much faster than ICE vehicles.

This is my favorite Mr. Tire location! The mechanics are thorough and the manager is awesome. I've taken two cars there for a detailed diagnostic, they provided excellent insights.

Got scammed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Got the car towed in when it wouldn’t start. They put a new battery in but the car died the moment I drove it home. When I called to tell them, they said they can’t verify that I was at the store and claimed that no battery services were performed. Said the itemized receipt doesn’t matter Patrick hung up on me multiple times and answered the phone to leave it off the hook instead of helping. Have to issue a chargeback with my bank now and find a new shop to actually repair the car. Edit: the owners automated response doesn’t help at all. Calling the number Option 2 is for employee Human Resources?? Tried to call the store again, Patrick claimed to be the manager/owner with no assistant managers and it’s not possible to speak to anyone else
