⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely phenomenal experience with Mullikin’s Auto Body! From the very first phone call to the moment I picked up my car, everything was beyond exceptional. The process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly well organized. Their customer service is truly top-tier—professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was outstanding every step of the way: clear, thorough, and proactive, so I always knew exactly what was happening. The body work itself was flawless—expertly done with incredible attention to detail—and completely exceeded my expectations. And as if that wasn’t enough, they finished the job with a stunning inside and outside detailing that made my car look and feel brand new. This level of care and craftsmanship is rare to find. I cannot recommend Mullikin’s Auto Body enough and will absolutely be telling all my friends and family to go here without hesitation!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Mullkins Auto Body following an accident involving my 2017 Toyota Corolla LE. Despite having 135,000 miles, the vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the incident, when another driver backed into the driver’s side in a parking lot, resulting in approximately $8,500 in damage. The repairs required were extensive, including the front quarter panel, bumper, upper and lower grille, headlight and housing, and the passenger-side front door. The claims process with the at-fault party’s insurance company took some time, and given the vehicle’s age, I was understandably concerned that it might be declared a total loss. Repairing the car was critically important to my family, as it is essential for my daily commute and for my wife to transport our daughter to school and medical appointments. The timing was especially challenging, as a major snow and ice storm was approaching. Once Mullkins Auto Body was assigned to the case, their team immediately demonstrated professionalism and urgency. The front desk representative was exceptional—proactive, communicative, and genuinely empathetic. She ensured the vehicle was retrieved from the impound lot before the storm hit and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process. When the initial estimate indicated the vehicle could be totaled, she communicated transparently while explaining that final approval rested with the insurance company. Shortly thereafter, she delivered the welcome news that repairs had been authorized—a tremendous relief for my family. The repair process ultimately took approximately 11 days due to additional parts needing to be ordered mid-repair. Throughout that time, the team maintained consistent communication and provided clear updates. Most importantly, the quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. The vehicle was restored to a condition that rivaled—if not surpassed—its appearance when it was new. Mullkins Auto Body combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality collision repair and a team that truly values its customers.

The lady’s at the desk are very pleasant. Craig and steve are awesome. On 2 separate occasions I had issues and got me right in and took care of the issues i had. I took longer for me to show them and to take around back and fix. Their shop is very clean and well taken care of with a shop this clean you can expect only the best for your vehicle as they take a lot of pride into your ride!! Highly recommended. Thanks again!!
