Provides half assed services for my first accident when failed to fully fix my gas cover now their refusing to contact insurance for a new claim and called it a red flag cause my insurance allowed me to have certain repairs done and not have to repair the whole car. Stay away this company is a red flag and will half ass their work Now their making a false statement 😂 #1 Never was kicked out another shop #2. you claim insurance fraud cause i mention wanting to replace a mirror my self. THEY never looked at the car , seen the damage , or the est for repair #3 if it was insurance fraud my insurance woulda marked it as so and not agreed to fix it Be for your try to make false statements maybe you should do some research . And LIED? was you there when i got hit by the deers? Lets not talk about lying like your lied when you claimed u fully fixed my car the first time i had a problem and you took the insurance payment

They did an excellent job repairing my car to make it look like it was before the damage. Also, very nice people, exceptional customer service. Here are some before vs after shots, looks brand new now. Thank you Mullinix!

Really awesome service. My car door handle was bashed in and other body shops were quoting me 2k because they said I’d need to replace the whole door. Glenn quoted me $550 and actually it came under that—something I never expect when getting my car serviced. Also timing was great—waited a couple weeks for an appt but then was done within the day.

Had a wonderful experience with Mike and Jen at Mullinix. They were communicative throughout the process. They worked well with the insurance company and helped me to get everything resolved quickly. I really felt they valued me as a customer. When there was an issue that I hadn't noticed when I originally picked up the car, they were quick to remedy the situation with no issues whatsoever. I really feel they went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to have found them.

I have been there several times over the years usually with great results. But not this last time. Other than the lady running the front desk, everyone else I dealt with was a disaster. Estimator was difficult to communicate with. My original date for work, per the estimator, was never booked so the work started a week late. After a week of the car actually being at Mullinix, I had to go in person to get their attention and get an update. Car was not ready on the day it was estimated to be done. When the work on the doors was completed, paint on the hood was damaged. They asked what they could do to make me happy, but at that point I did not trust them. Every step of the process with Mullinix was a struggle. Hours are not customer friendly. Half of the time I had to bug them for info. First verbal dollar estimate was way off the final bill to insurance. I don't think the hood damage will rust, so I paid my deductible and will never go back. EDIT: I got a very nice email from this vendor regarding changes they are making. Maybe it will help them.
